If the reception is not open, please contact the conference office. Tagungsbüro | Conference Office Das Tagungsbüro befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Bitte beachten Sie die Hinweisschilder in der Lobby. The conference office is located on the ground floor. Please note the advices in the lobby. Konferenzsprachen | Conference Languages Konferenzsprachen sind Deutsch und Englisch. Es wird eine Simultanübersetzung angeboten. Headsets werden am Empfang ausgegeben (bei Vorbestellung). The conference languages will be German and English. A simultaneous translation will be provided. Headsets are issued at the reception (if pre-ordered). Speisen und Getränke | Food and Drinks Erfrischungs- und warme Getränke sowie Snacks werden in allen Pausen im Foyer zum Konferenzsaal im ersten Obergeschoss angeboten. Das Mittagessen wird am ersten Tag in den Hotelrestaurants im ersten Obergeschoss serviert (Buffet). Am zweiten Tag wird das Mittagessen im Foyer gereicht. Refreshments, warm drinks and snacks are offered in all breaks in the foyer of the conference room on the first floor. Lunch is served on the first day in the hotel restaurants on the first floor (buffet). On the second day, lunch will be served in the foyer.
