It has been held every two years in Leipzig (DE) since 2003 and regularly attracts more than 500 specialists from railway companies, infrastructure operators, the railway industry, consultants and authorities from Europe and beyond. The conference, in which both decision-makers and technical experts take part, serves on the one hand to communicate new trends and on the other hand to exchange ideas with each other.

Review of the 10th acrps conference 2021

With a (safety) distance, the anniversary edition of acrps took place on June 9th and 10th, 2021 in Leipzig. Where up to 550 experts meet in normal times, the number of participants had to be severely limited for the tenth edition.

While speakers and moderators were mainly following the international conference on site, around 450 participants were able to use the live stream. 20 lectures were offered, which were already published this year or will be published as an essay in the eb.

Even if the conference, the live stream of which was also broadcast abroad in two languages, went without any technical problems, many participants wish that acrps 2023 can again take place as a face-to-face event. This is planned for March 30th and 31st, 2023.
